I know a lot of people are probably like me and have a lot of things that they need to remember. It is really hard for me to keep them in my head, but luckily with this site you don't have to. It is a site designed to keep track of things in your life and even remind you about them with several different methods.
For this project the final product included four online flash videos and an audio file. The videos were introductions to the program as well as introductions to the advisors. We ended up with one audio file because one of the advisors was camera shy. All of the media was delivered via flash from the E-campus website.
This is a personal site for a web developer to test out his own web applications as well as post personal information. It hosts blogs, random web applications, pictures and more.
Alright, so this stuff isn't super top secret like the heading makes you think. However, I really can't disclose specifics about the projects in this category, which includes screen shots. Essentially I got contracted for six months to work on web applications.
During these six months I worked heavily with ASP.NET 2.0 with C# server side coding, which all utilized huge Oracle databases. I also did work with some open source platforms out there: MediaWiki and Wordpress. Last, as a small project I put together a recruiting video in which I was in charge of everything from renting equipment to the final product. In the end I helped produce eight web applications and a short film.
An internet time tracking system, that allows developers, to keep track of when they work and allows them to share it easily with their customers.
This is one of those projects where the customer didn't want anything fancy, and I provided nothing fancy. This site is the web front for this North West hardware distributor. It is an information website for their customers.
This web application is a service application that simply takes a Microsoft DataSource, in Visual Studio, and the service generates paged dynamic charts based on the data in the DataSource. When initializing this graphs it can take many settings which control how the output looks and the format of the graph.
This graph also supports a nice toolbar which allows the user to page through the charts, download the charts, or even download all the charts as one file. This all runs with AJAX to ensure quick loading and even caches unchanged data for even faster loading.
This was one of my community service projects that I decided to take on. For this project I wrote them a simple web page that fit with their logo and colors. They used it for some time, but have since moved onto another web design.
